E-commerce and National Account Representative – Generation Brands

SUMMARY:   As our e-commerce and national account business continues to flourish, we are adding an E-commerce and National Account Representative position to our e-commerce team. This person will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and presentation of products in the e-commerce channel for all of Generation Brands. As an account representative, you will be assigned specific, established partners and will be held accountable for sales goals by brand for each of the Generation Brands’ companies. Responsibilities will include addressing the daily needs of the assigned accounts, developing account plans, conducting product training on-site at accounts’ locations, and leading/coordinating account meetings and customer visits. In addition to managing accounts within the e-commerce channel, this position will also assist in management of key national accounts such as Ferguson, Rexel, Sonepar, Ace, True Value and other national suppliers of decorative lighting.

RELATED EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 2 years of full time experience in sales, marketing and/or e-commerce, or training Adult Learners preferred.      
  • Experience and knowledge of product positioning, e-commerce marketing and brand strategy is preferred. 
  • Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be accepted. 

EDUCATION:   Bachelor’s Degree (from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education) preferred. A degree in business, communication, sales, merchandising or marketing is a plus.
