REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – Northeast, Southeast

GREEN CREATIVE is looking at developing territory sales and market penetration through highly capable and motivated Regional Managers who will be at ease in a smaller but fast growing structure where positive results are rewarded and new ideas are cherished. 

Location

–        Main market focus will be on the Northeast or on the Southeast, depending on experience 

Responsibilities

Lighting Distributor and ESCOs business development: Manager will call on existing and develop new accounts. Associate will be in charge of handling the entire sales cycle as well as on going presentation and training of distributors’ sales force and joint calls 

National accounts & End user business development: Manager will call on existing and develop new national or regional end user accounts. Manager should be able to conduct initial audit and proposal before coordinating with all parties involved in the servicing of the account.

Electrical distributor & lighting distributor business development through sales representatives: Manager will be in charge of selecting, training, motivating and monitoring performance of sales representative agencies to ensure good territory coverage and performance.

Rebate programs management: Manager should maintain communication with program administrator to ensure product qualification and be informed of any changes as well as open communication with active trade ally.

Marketing program development and implementation: Manager will be in charge of suggesting, participating in the development and implementation of several marketing programs adapted to each channel to grow and accelerate sales.

Sales forecasting and reporting: Manager will be responsible to establish forecast and reports on territory sales.

–       Ability to maintain a new business pipeline and constantly pursue new customer opportunities

–       Independent and self-motivated to achieve goals

–       Articulate with great communication, presentation and training skills

–       Fast learner with strong technical ability  

Experience & Education

–       Excellent contact base of lighting distributors, National accounts and OEM accounts

–       Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial lighting, lamps preferred

–       2 years successful track record in a Regional Manager position and/or National account Manager

–       College degree, business, marketing or engineering
